Fairy Chains Return and Refund Policy

Definitions:

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers Fairy Chains and/or Fairy Chains Designs.

  • “Goods” or “Items” refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • “Orders” mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

  • “Service” refers to the Website.

  • “Website” refers to Fairy Chains, accessible from [www.fairychains.com]

  • “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancelations

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order without any reason for doing so.

 To cancel your order, click on “View Your Order” in your confirmation email. This will take you to your original order where you will have the option to cancel.

Refunds and Returns

·       Return Period is 30 Days from the date of purchase

·       New/Unused items only

·       Items must be clean and undamaged

The following items are not eligible for return

  •  Custom Items

  • Items that are damaged or show excessive wear

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health

  • Returns initiated after 30 calendar days have passed

  • Sale Items. All sales of items listed as “On Sale” are final.

Please note:  We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, custom or personalized items, sale items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds.

 Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.  This includes the cost of shipping. Please reach out to us for further information about how and where to send the return items.

 We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service when returning the item(s).  We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof that the goods were returned.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item. We will use the same payment method you used for your order.

Special Provisions for Custom items

We do our very best to ensure that any custom items are made to your specifications. Prior to shipping and during the creation process, we will share images of the item with you and review with you any concerns or questions. This will allow you to request changes before your item is shipped to ensure that it exceeds your needs. Custom items require extra time, labor, and resources. Because of this, and our dedication to making sure the custom item is exactly what you need, items that are custom made or personalized are not eligible for return.
